Mr. Victor Baddoo
Mr. Victor Baddoo serves as the Deputy Chief Information Officer at PATHS University, where he provides strategic leadership for the University’s information technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, digital transformation, and technology services.
With extensive experience in information technology management and project leadership, he has served as an IT Manager across two regions and currently holds the position of Senior IT Projects Manager with the National Health Insurance Authority.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration Accounting from Central University, Ghana, a Master of Science in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
Mr. Baddoo brings expertise in IT governance, enterprise project management, systems implementation, infrastructure management, digital innovation, and organizational technology strategy. Recognized for his collaborative leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to operational excellence, he is dedicated to leveraging emerging technologies to enhance teaching, learning, research, and administrative services.
