YEAR 1 – FOUNDATIONAL STUDIES: This course focuses on ethical principles, professional standards, and legal responsibilities in counseling psychology. Students examine ethical decision-making models, confidentiality, informed consent, professional boundaries, and licensure requirements. The ACA Code of Ethics and relevant laws are emphasized. (3 Credits)
